Recently just bought a Seat Ibiza from Ben here at J Stuart and I have zero complaints about the process. Ben had all the documents and information about the car and was incredibly thorough about the history making sure I had all the information before purchase. He took care of the all the servicing, MOT and even helped me get from the train station to the garage to make sure I can get there. From start to finish Ben was brilliant and I can only give him his praises for making the purchase of the car so easy and simple. I would absolutely buy another car from this dealership as it was perfect and would recommend to any family and friends.

Ben was brilliant to deal with from start to finish and he felt like a really safe pair of hands throughout the whole process. Buying a car can be intimidating or it can feel as though the dealer is just trying to push a car on you and get you off the forecourt. I never felt like that during this process. I turned up and Ben showed me the car, left me to look around, test drive it and make my own decision. Ben even insisted that the car gets a service before I drive it away which is a testament to the quality and professionalism of his service. There were also some really nice touches along the way. I expressed interest in the car on the Wednesday and he’d ordered some complimentary floor mats that day ready for me to view on Saturday. He also filled the car up with petrol on the Monday knowing I’d be driving it home to Manchester which was really appreciated. And lastly he sent me off with a nice gift box filled with car air freshener, wipes and some sweet treats.

All in all a top experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to get a car from J Stuart and Co again.

Not only was the description 100 percent accurate, it was even better when we collected the car. When buying a car from the other end of the country where we live logistically it can really difficult, not only did we think the car was at an excellent price, they made the whole process so easy and straight forward, even going to the length of picking us up at the station, filling up the car and setting my sat nav.

When we replace this car we will certainly be looking at their site to see what gems they have.

I recently bought a Porsche Macan S at a reasonable price from J Stuart & Co motors which was advertised on Autotrader. We arrived at the garage unannounced and saw the car. We inspected it at our leisure. Only then were we approached by the salesman Ben who was extremely helpful answering all of our many questions about the car and offered us a test drive alone which we accepted. At no time did Ben try to pressure us into buying the car but was very helpful at all Times. He did all the paperwork and also changed the personalised number plates.
